Noodle Flour Brand: NU-01, NHR-1


Special noodle flour is a blend of soft wheat and hard wheat with proper protein content. Unbleached and low ash noodle flour makes noodle white, good water absorption. Noodle will be elastic and able to stretch.

Specifications : Moisture: 13.50% maximum
                        Protein: 9.0% – 10.0%
                        Gluten: 29.0% – 32.0%

Suitable for ramen noodle, udon noodle

Bread Flour Brand: Whole Wheat

Whole-wheat flour is made from wheat grain which the bran and germ portions of the wheat kernel are not removed during the milling process. Whole-wheat bread provides more nutrients.

Specifications : Moisture: 13.50% maximum
                        Protein: 13.50% minimum

Suitable for whole-wheat bread
