Salapo Flour has low protein content, white, fine-texture, light, low ash and low strength.

Specifications : Moisture: 13.50% maximum
                        Protein: 7.5% – 8.5%
                        Gluten: 21.00% – 26.00%
                        Ash: 0.42% maximum

Suitable for salapao, cakes, cookies, steam soft cake, steam sponge cake, ?clair, moji, egg cake, jam roll, etc.
