KFM is a quality flour which is specially processed for Chinese fried breadsticks dough with high water absorption, good dough elasticity and tolerance to make Chinese fried breadsticks good volume, non-greasy, crispy fried and soft inside.

Specifications : Moisture: 13.50% maximum
                        Protein: 10.60% – 11.60%
                        Gluten: 29.0% – 33.0%
                        Ash: 0.55% maximum

Suitable for Chinese fried breadsticks (Patongko), fried Salapao, fried roti, fried pastries, etc.
