Laughing Sesame Balls

Ingredients
Yellow-Accordion Flour
for Salapao and Cookies     450 gm
Baking Powder                    2 tsp
Egg                                   2 eggs
Sugar                             250 gm
Salt                                   1 tsp
Cold Water                      50 gm
Cooking Oil                      20 gm
White Sesame Seeds         2 cups
Cooking Oil for frying

Method
1. Sift Yellow-Accordion Flour for Salapao and Cookies and baking powder (A).
2. Stir eggs in medium speed, add sugar and salt (B).
3. Add (A), cold water and cooking oil into (B).
4. Mould into round balls, coat the round dough balls with white sesame seeds. Fry coated dough balls in oil using medium heat, turning the dumplings until golden brown.
5. Use absorbent kitchen paper towel to get rid of excess oil. Cool before storing in an air-tight container.
