Method
1. Sift Red-Accordion Cake Flour and yeast (A).
2. Pour egg white, sugar, salt into mixing bowl. Mix on high speed.
3. Add in yolk. Mix well (C).
4. Dissolve milk powder in water (D).
5. Add in (A) and (D) into (C).
6. Add cooking oil and vanilla flavor, and mix well.
7. Steam in boiled water for 20 – 25 minutes until well steamed.
