Chinese Fried Breadstick with pork, crab, babycorn filling

Patongko Flour

Filling Preparation : Mix all of the ingredients together and rest it in the refrigerator
Method
- Sift Patongko Flour (A).
- Dissolve sugar, salt, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder into water, pour it into (A).
- Mix all together and knead into a dough, ferment for 1-2 hours and turn the dough up.
- Roll out the dough to about 1.5 inch x 2 feet strip, ¼ inch thick and cut the dough into small strips. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Slice the Chinese Fried Breadstick horizontally and place the filling. Steam it about 10-15 minutes. Serve with Black Vinegar Sauce, Pickled Chili, Mustard, etc.
