Chinese Fried Breadstick with pork, crab, babycorn filling

Ingredients

Patongko Flour
Sugar
Salt
Bicarbonate of Soda
Baking Powder
Cold Water

500 gm
1 tbsp
½ tbsp
½ tbsp
1 tbsp
350 gm

Filling

Crab Meat   
Minced Pork
Baby Corn
Wheat Egg   
Salt   
Sugar   
Corn Flour   
White Pepper

½ cup
1 cup
1/4 cup
1 egg
½ tsp
½ tsp
½ tbsp
½ tsp

Filling Preparation : Mix all of the ingredients together and rest it in the refrigerator

Method
  1. Sift Patongko Flour (A).
  2. Dissolve sugar, salt, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder into water, pour it into (A).
  3. Mix all together and knead into a dough, ferment for 1-2 hours and turn the dough up.
  4. Roll out the dough to about 1.5 inch x 2 feet strip, ¼ inch thick and cut the dough into small strips. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Slice the Chinese Fried Breadstick horizontally and place the filling. Steam it about 10-15 minutes. Serve with Black Vinegar Sauce, Pickled Chili, Mustard, etc.
